"Could not find rawfile gamedata/constbaselines/zm/bl_little_endian_core_frontend_frontend.bin"

I already verified my game files and only found 2 issues (localization.txt wrong size and a missing intro video), so this .bin file doesn't seem to be part of my base game. Is this a server-side mod file? Is there any way I can get it? Thanks!
