Problem with attachments

I've been playing campaign and i wanted to level up some weapons like HVK-30, but then i got to armory and it says i have level 3 on it but all attachments are locked. Same thing happened with Man-O-War in multiplayer. Any way to fix it?

Also forgot to say, i've tried restarting the game and pc but didnt work.

And now it happens with every weapon i try to level up.
