BOII Dedicated Server Crashing

Sorry for the necro post, I have the same problem here. Tried with BOIII and t7x, both of which crash. I've been here for quite some time now and I seem to not be making any progress whatsoever. Whenever anyone starts the tank the server process simply closes without any error messages, also I have not been able to make a memory dump of the crash and no generated logs have been helpful. Does anyone know how I can debug this issue?
Edit: I have been able to screenshot a message that briefly appeared on the headless console of t7x at the exact moment the game crashes. I am attaching the image, below there's a transcript
