I just had the same problem after launching the game a ten times. I installed your patch to get the game in French, and when that didn't work, I moved the file (to avoid deleting it, since you said not to delete anything). I moved the localization.txt file to a temporary folder I created and named BOIII LOCALISATION outside the game folder so I could put it back if what I was doing didn't work, and now the game won't open. Please help, I need solutions. Everything was perfect, I thought it was so great... I'm sad and frustrated now...
