STAFF RANKS

Owner

-Self explained, has full permissions to everything.

-Self explanatory: Responsible for creating and maintaining Sever plugins/mods/database

• Full access to everything related to the gaming server and coding.
• Can change server settings and code as well in discord., Can ban users in-game and on the server (if it aligns with the rules and Permission of Owners).

Product Manager

Permissions:

• Oversees project planning and execution
• Coordinates between Developers, Community, and Owners
• Manages tasks and feature priorities
• Approves or denies project-related changes

Excluded Roles: Owner, Developer

• Make announcements,, Manage the staff, demote, promote (you can always ask Anyone about HoC)
• Make decisions on the Discord server,

Staff Member Basics

-Staff have to follow the Rules just as a normal Member should (You are not someone above the Rules)
-Be professional and free of bias
-If you need help, please ask higher ups! Don't be shy, they are here to assist you
-Your Powers are no Toys! They are to be used only for Moderating reasons
-Treat every player as you would want to be treated
-Any Staff Members reported in-game or on Discord for breaking a server rule should be handled by a Head of Staff

Recommended Actions against Rulebreakers

-Always warn first if someone is new to the Game or hasn't read the Rules (New players)
-Players that don't want to learn or listen should be treated with no mercy whatsoever
-Never be biased and believe everything they said. Maybe get a second opinion by higher ups if unsure

Supporter
-Helps with everything regarding tickets, boiii and bo2
-Same as helper but more reliable

Helper
-Helps with all kinds of Stuff regarding Boiii/Bo2
-Answers questions in Support channels

Customers
-Owners of Private Servers

Donators
-Donated any Amount to EZZ
-Will get ingame money (BO2)

Server Booster
-Used a Nitro boost on EZZ Discord Server
-Will get ingame money (BO2)

Rank Roles

• 0 - 90: are ingame Ranks just set as a Role ( may be recieved by .setrole in #bot-cmds)
• 100+ are ingame Ranks and have a role in discord. They can also set their name colour using the command (.rankcolor <color>) e.g .rankcolor black
• LIST OF COLORS: black, red, green, yellow, blue, cyan, pink, white, grey, gold

Active Member
-Someone that actively engages with the Community on Discord

Member
-The basic Member of EZZ

Special Roles
-M8M7 : For the one and only M8M7 <3
-HTS: For HTS donating the highest amount <3
