After some effort, I've collected all the language files you could possibly need for BO3/BOIII.
They're available at the following link:
BO3 Languages (Password: Ezz)Simply download the language folder you desire and place the files (zone & localization.txt) in your BO3 folder.
(Do not delete anything)
