Black Ops 3 wont start

I've been trying to play BOIII with my friend for a while but it wont start. I've tried verifying the game file, I've used 2 torrents and I've tried t7_dlc. I've tried 3 or 4 different BOIII downloads but none of it works. I've attached a video of me trying to open BOIII, me trying to open BO3, and showing task manager during it.
